The VEKN sanctioned draft cube »Sabbat or Camarilla – The Story of Rosamund of Islington« was used.

Albin can look at the hand of a Methuselah who controls a Ventrue as a action. Any titled Ventrue can take control of Albin for the remainder of the turn as a action that costs 1 blood.

Unique Equipment. Requires a vampire with capacity 6 or more.
Vampires must burn one 1 blood to attempt to block bearer with . Bearer with can burn 1 blood to get +1 bleed once each action.

This tournament is labeled as "National Championship" in calendar, though it should be labeled as "Limited". This is because now the ratings of this tournament are calculated towards participated players constructed rating instead of limited rating.

IMO there should be "Limited National/Continental Championship" format to separate these kind of events from "normal" draft tournaments.
