Especially since Emerald Legionnaires (and Nephandi) started being staple decks people always tend to pack Anarchist Uprisings/Ancilla Empowerments in their decks. And this deck surely dies when you need to pay 1 pool per minion...

The TWDA uses the same name as used in the VEKN player database, for reasons of everyone's sanity. Since the player database is public, and the entry includes a link to the vekn event, there's also nothing particularly useful to gain by using a different name.

Coming a bit from left field here but as someone who has recently(last year) contacted Web Coordinator www.vekn.net/site-administrators to sort their player registry out from the WW era db form mistakes I can say one's entries can be changed and are promtly done when compared to normal office hours.

VEKN's current code of Ethics has section enabling action for people participating under false name to avoid ban or impersonating others, but anyone should be able to imagine various reasons for people to either change or hide their identity that's in public access. And I'm quite sure when contacting and explaining the situation to the Web Coordinator simple Jane/John Smith or similar can be arranged. At least that's what I gather from the various nicknames already in the player registry. They've made the choice and we should respect it.

If they want to be called Ray R. that's what their player registry should be, despite the Code of Ethics having wording to opposite and calling it unethical to "participate under false name" I feel the spirit of that code is to ensure safe and enjoyable experience, not disable player agency and enable things like stalking (as example, not necessarily applicable here). GuyRusso6 I hope you bring that up to Ray R. as if the player registration has already been submitted with longer details, they most likely need to be the one requesting it. At least that's how things *should* be, and I trust they are.

EDIT: Also +1 from here for good old nade lobbing, I would personally have included WP nade and Rötschreck. Not necessarily to use, but to discard one or another for proper fear factor alone. Such cards also make easy excuse to hide behind if the deck does not perform....

Last year the name thingy was discussed and BCP decided that those who did not want to use their actual name in the registry could actually choose which name would be appropriate for them in the Player Registry.

So far no one has misused this.

I kinda fancied being called The Unbeatable Grand Boo-Bah From The Frozen Tundra Of The North, but so far haven't made my move...
