We're inching past the Phase II V5 Meta (2 parts Anarch bleed & 1 part Baron vote, shaken well and served cold).

As the meta changes, I think
- Club Illusion randomly appears less often. Paradoxically, more Anarch libraries now have to run it.
- Scourge becomes slightly less important (but that's only until that game where it is really needed, at which point one would cry over omitting it)
- Murmur of the False Will loses value with larger vampires everywhere and political activity increasingly present.
- Dominate Kine might also be losing a little value. The recent influx of Toreador and Lasombra decks have cut down on prime targets for location theft. I expect this trend to increase short-term.
