That's true. The old Tzimisce existence is somewhat disputable in WOD, but so is Nagaraja and they exist in VtES. But they are still black hand and not Camarilla.

ANd for Vlad Tepes, he's not camarilla, can't became one without brainwashing somebody to force him, and is so remote to the camarilla ideals that even if Tzimisce antitribu existed he would not be in it.
