What a great idea - I would love to see these! And Dagmar seems powerful but I'm not sure that he's worse than Dimitra or Ubende or other very powerful vamps. Maybe the title could be dropped?

Not a specific suggestion for any of the cards in particular, but I would have thought an obvious cross-over option would be (along the lines of Tatiana Stepanova):
Bobby the Gangrel, X cap, some disciplines
You and Bobby can play cards that require Ahrimanes as if Bobby were an Ahrimane.

or
Bobby the Ahrimane, Y cap, some disciplines
You and Bobby can play cards that require Gangrel antitribu as if Bobby were a Gangrel antitribu.
