This card is basically an idea to give combat decks a bit more ousting power without neseccarily requiring you to make a crater of someone. The +bleed is intentionally stackable.
Card Name: Bully
Type: Master
Cost: None
Master, Archetype.
Put this card on a vampire you control. The vampire with this card cannot stike to dodge or end combat and cannot press to end. This vampire gains +1 strength on any round of combat after the first. Whenever a minion opposing this vampire strikes to dodge or end combat, this vampire untaps and can either gain 1 blood or get +1 bleed until the end of turn. A vampire can have only one archetype.

I would remove the +1 strength on second round, who will be scarcely useful and add text.
The side effect is to make Fortitude more powerful. It would not be a problem if fortitude didn't already have Freak Drive.
Maybe changing the "dodge or end combat clause" to "if the combat end with 1 or less damage inflicted, successfully or not, on the bully" ? The idea is to penalize people that don't try to hit back instead of the one who S:CE.
The problem of course being that combatless hand (or deck, but even with 15 majesty you may not alway have one in hand) are hit twice, the main advantage is closing defensive loophole.
