But once you have changed the clan of the Caitiff, the older vampire can follow with Sanguine Instruction, and since both scarce disciplines come with (and more for the True Brujah), that is rather easy to pull off.

I will change to >5 capacity to play the card (harder to influence), increase the cost of the card by 1 (after all its better than sanguine), and remove the untap text.

Sterile should also be added to the target vampire...

Plenty of decks can use this card, power structure, palla grande, week of nightmares, death stars, even gargoyles can make a cheap rush deck.
