Yes, and that response is "they don't trust VEKN to not reuse theirs ideas without their autorization." Which is perfectly understandable given their claims and the mud flung at them multiple time now, and one more time here.

Say to yourself out loud: "Why would PCK attach a copyright to their finished fan set?"
In context, there is only one possible answer to that question.

Which is why the copyright was an insult: Because there was no intention of granting such permission.

I agree. Which is why it's a foolish supposition to grant PCK the benefit of kindness and generosity and to suggest that PCK would grant the very people that they stated were "dysfunctional" the rights to use their cards.

Misprint in Sabbat Intrigue card?
"Only usable during an action that requires a Sabbat or Black Hand, ..."
Black hand, Inquisitor and Seraph are already Sabbat. Did it intend to be "requires titled Sabbat"?

Black Hand is not necessarily Sabbat. Those vampires printed with Black Hand can change their sect and still keep the Black Hand status. Thus requiring Black Hand is not included in requires Sabbat.

PCK offers a good reason of copyright, they say: We understand that our cards are derivative works thereof and thus require copyright protection. If you have got sth more than a personal grudge (e.g. proof, sign, circumstantial evidence) then share it with us. If you haven't got it, please stop this dark PR campaign.
EDIT: typos.

Having mind-reading powers, are you? Do not assume anything KevinM. Clear your mind must be if you are to discover the real villains behind this plot.Which is why the copyright was an insult: Because there was no intention of granting such permission.

I'm pretty darn sure PCK wants their cards to be tourney legal, which means the VEKN would have to decide they were so. I think they don't want the official VEKN design team using their card ideas owing to the experiences they had as part of the original design team.
