Independent. Red List: Rabbat may send a vampire to torpor or burn an ally as a strike. If she hunts, you may move 1 of the blood she gains to your pool. She cannot take actions or block actions that aren't directed at her or at a card on her.

I don't believe this to be a problem by itself.

It does not seem that powerful, since you still need to have a lot of minion (to do action, be blocked, and preferably not dieing horribly in the combat) and enough Hidden Lurker to send them to Rabat. Which herself can be destroyed by Immortal grapple or maneuvers (like, say Animalism combat or even worse guns).

It would make her way more playable, yes. But for now, Hidden lurker and Fast reaction are just about unplayable, and Rabat is not exactly often played for its combat special.

Every Hidden Lurker in hand might be a way to get stuff through, but... it's a HL in hand which could be used to, y'know, actually oust.

And remember, you gotta be blocked first to play HL. In OBF. Sacking an action to run a combat trump through two combats? Y'know, combat, the least reliable and most card trump contested part of the game? Gutsy.

The game would survive this. And you know you'll love it to see the first Carlton Van Wyk go up in smoke.
