hence misdirection becomes trifle

Misdirection is good as it is. Leave it alone.
If you need to play more just grab more MPA's. And you can always trow in one troublemaker...

really???
based on what?
And, suppose they are, for arguments sake, how will having misdirection cot x for x minions gonna solve alleged "weenies are overpowered" problem?

Misdirection for X would only make weenie decks stronger, not weaker.
* Weenies are cheap, so the player can afford to pay more pool for X.
* When you've tapped all your preys vamps, the player who controls the weenie deck can bleed you more times than the player playing bigcaps. And a weenie bleeding with govern+conditioning is just as annoying as a bigcap doing it.

You mean like Giant's Blood?

"once per game" is never the correct nerf. It's the worst possible balancing drawback. Instead of just being overpowered, it'd be overpowered in favour of a random player.
