Sinful Vice should only be able to target your prey, as it is, it completely wallpapers Reformation. Since the basic effect does exact same, without requiring you to be anarch, and has very useful superior on top of that.

you do realize that this is in addition to bleeding, right? Some minions are a freak drive or rutor's hand away from bleeding and then using this 'protection racket.'
Now that it have been raised to 2 pools damage and is free, it begin to look like an option. Still, you're likely to need 2 action - one for the corruption counter, one to play that, and you still have Night Move to have the edge easily, which is a requirement for Enticement.I rate Protection Racket — another form of pool damage for the Setites. It has good synergy with Enticement and the default +1 stealth makes it playable by a weenie.
There's still the problem that racket is a Giovanni activity, not an FoS one.

Works well with Nakhthorheb and Mylan (bleed, entice, racket), you don't necessarily need an action for the corruption counter and a good portion of group 4 - 5 setites have fortitude.
In terms of card name / theme I'm not concerned, if it provides a functional mechanic and adds to the game it gets my vote — the card name is irrelevant to me.

Kaital,
I don't think I'm hearing of many Anarch FoS decks ripping up the tournament scene with their thousands of Reformations. I don't think I'm on dangerous territory there.

There are decidedly a decent number of fortitude setites in 4-5. Abdsobeck, porpyrion, pentweret, ogwon, amd thru skill cards pentweret. Also the abomination that has all the setite in clans. Could be prwtty interesting. Especially with nkthorheb summoning mylan and all the setite crypt goodness (eternals and mesu).

You do realize you already have the corrupting action, the bleed and the Enticement to do ? The corrupting card of the same batch is the only reliable way to put corruption counter without actions (well, with an action but a built-in Freak Drive), and in addition to the amount of multiacting needed, there is also blood management problem if you start to play two freak drive, the corrupting action, and some bleed action.
Revelation of Desire on the bleed make more pool damage, don't require another multiacting card, and is easier to cycle if you don't have spare corruption counter. Protection racket is almost alway inferior ; if you really, really need cross table pool damage or have problem using all your multiacting, maybe it can have some niche use.
