Dear V:TES Community:
We are pleased to release our second PDF set: Champions of Cagn.
Champions of Cagn was designed primarily to provide more options for
the Laibon sect, Laibon legacies, and to improve the Orun and Aye concepts.
We also created several new discipline and multi-discipline cards which
are tailored to the needs of clans that possess them, while being
conscious and wary of “unintended consequences” with respect to game balance.
There are many new vampires for Group 3, including some from minor Laibon legacies. These vampires were carefully crafted to meld well with existing Group 2 and Group 4 vampires and their out-of-clan disciplines.
The files for Champions of Cagn are located here:
drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BzP9pLk_ZYUVWG85VWt1eTJ2Y3M&usp=sharing
We hope you find that Champions of Cagn provides new, useful and interesting opportunities for the Laibon. We welcome any comments or feedback on the set, or suggestions for artwork. Feel free to contact us at
Preliminary design for our next project, further improving the Sabbat sect, is nearing completion. We are still preparing for the playtesting stage, and any volunteers for playtest are always appreciated and welcome!
Sincerely,
Carl Pilhatsch, Eric Chiang and Jeff Kuta

Why not? Just because LSJ was of the opinion that it could not be properly implemented?A seat switcher? Really?

Because giving a player two predators is fundamentally awful.
"Maybe it is time that seat switching should enter back into the game, albeit in a very toned-down, non-abusable and unobtrusive way?"
Except, it's abusable in exactly the same way as before. The VP sniping problem noted in that article? Is reintroduced by the card they've designed. 10/10 for re-introducing solved problems guys!
(It also hilariously misses the fun of Out of Turn acting. If it's not my turn, the turn doesn't end.)

I build some sort of vote deck, with no Laibon in the crypt except Meno Ngari.
Meno comes out and calls KRC, playing Akunanse Kholo, and putting 3 pool damage on my predator. I continue to beat on my predator with votes.
Later, Meno calls the seat-switcher to switch places with my predator. Voila, sniped VP!

Build a deck with that utilizes Vidal Jarbeaux. Make him Prince of somewhere, if you want, or just use PRE to force votes through.
