Primogen ideas

A couple of ideas to help utilize primogen:

"Sanguineous Imperative"

Requires a Primogen. Only usable as a referendum is called.
Vampires the same clan as this vampire have one additional vote in favor of this referendum. Vampires of the same clan controlled by another Methuselah may burn one blood to abstain, and may not vote against this referendum.

"Benefactor"

Requires a Primogen. +2 stealth action.
Untap a younger vampire the same clan as the acting vampire. This vampire untaps at the end of your turn.

Only usable by a Primogen the same clan as the acting vampire. Give a vampire of the same Clan +1 bleed or +2 votes.
only usable by a Primogen the same clan as a blocking vampire. Give a vampire of the same clan +2 intercept.
