Choose a Camarilla vampire. Title.
Put this card on the acting vampire to represent the unique Camarilla title Prince of Hollywood/Vienna. The highest capacity vampire for each clan voting in favor gains the title Primogen (1 vote) and becomes Camarilla.
Notes: Vienna and/or Hollywood are good places for the Camarilla to consolidate international power. This card also represents a method for the Camarilla to bring more vampires into the fold by rewarding prestige for joining the ranks.
