Put this card in play with one counter (3 counters instead if you control two vampires with one vote).
During an action performed by a titled vampire, you may remove 1 counter from from this card to gain 3 votes in a referendum or to reduce a bleed against you by 2. Burn this card if it has no counters.

action modifier. Requires a vampire with 1 vote.

Put this card on this vampire. Vampires with capacity above 8 cannot block this vampire. A vampire may only have one Words of the street.

Alternativly, you may play this card to gain 2 votes in a referendum called by this vampire.
