file Submission - Planned Offensive

After reading another card, I had this idea for a more Sabbat style card. A higher requirement 'title contest'.

Planned Offensive
Action
1 blood
Requires a Cardinal.
Choose a Prince or Baron controlled by another Methuselah and put this card on an untitled Sabbat vampire or a Bishop you control. The vampire with this card becomes the Archbishop of the city of the chosen Prince or Baron. Younger untitled Sabbat vampires you control may burn blood to pay for contesting this title.

Minor wording point: it should require cardinal or regent. It's no change in effect (a regent could play it anyway), but current templating is to say regent anyway.

On the specific card, this seems like a minor variation on Blood Siege , which doesn't see much play - Blood Siege has the relatively harsh action modifiers requirement (which isn't a particular issue for, say, Lasombra Power Structure boon), doesn't cost a blood, can go on any ready Sabbat vampire so you can 'replace' an archbishop with an archbishop etc. The extra flexibility for the Barons isn't a bad thing, but obviously Camarilla is much more popular.

Comparing with the issues I might have over here , that's more flexible, since you can use it even on a table with no titled vampires to steal from. And it gives it to the Ventrue, who probably don't need the help - assuming it works out to be a decent card. Giving Camarilla vote-y decks more tools to consolidate their power is, obviously, potentially quite different from giving similar tech to, say, Barons or Guruhi or whatever.
