Burn a vampire you control, or pay 2 pool to burn a vampire in torpor controlled by another Methuselah. A vampire in your uncontrolled region gains X blood where X is half the capacity of the burned vampire (round up.)

Game need: "Vulnerability" is a card that is almost never played. This card wallpapers Vulnerability by making it more versatile. When using it on your own vampire it's a mini-Golconda. Using it on an opponent's vampire is like Vulnerability with a bonus.

Still not sure it's a good card considering that diablerie is merely an action away. The effect is cool though - maybe it would be better as a vampire's special?

Diablarie is an action that can be blocked, or you deal with the blood hunt.

If removing a vampire from the game is your only goal: yes diablarie would be the better way to go.

Also, you can play this on a ready vampire you control. Being in torpor is only requirement for another players vampire.
