Move this Harbinger of Skulls to torpor and choose any number of vampires from your ash heap that would not be contested if they entered play. Put those chosen vampires into Torpor.
As above, and one of those chosen vampires gains 1 blood from the blood bank.
As above, and this Harbinger of Skulls may move blood from itself to the chosen vampires but no more than one to each of them.
