To sum up rayzeel was a singing salubri able even to smooth saulot and to relieve him from his pain. It was not specified that she was non combattant bit she was asked to not take part to wars with baalis by saulot who deared her a lot.
Even if the daughter of cacophony appeared far latter i found it appropriate to give her melpomine to reflect her song abilities...
valeren was added at basic due to tge fact that rayzeel song was in valeren and not in obeah.

interests and concept:
so according to her disciplines, she would suit to a salubri, salubri! Or daughter of cacophony deck.
She obviously helps deck wall with free untap or multi actions deck based on fortitude.
she allows also cross table negociation as "if i untap your minion to allow you to block, can you rush or vote in favor for me ?"
i just wonder about the power of this free untap: for instance mesenka the toreador can untap during each player untap, the toreador inner circle can tap or untap one toreador during her toreador turn... so maybe i should make it happen during the discard phases rather in order to make it more "brainy"
