I was wandering if, by any chance, it would be a good idea to change the text of Carthage Remembered. The card read like this:

Master.
Put this card in play. Brujah princes and Brujah justicars get +1 stealth on bleed actions. Any minion may burn this card as a Ⓓ action; Ventrue and Malkavians get -1 stealth on that action.

I would change it like this

Master.
Put this card in play. Titled Brujah get +1 stealth on bleed actions. Any minion may burn this card as a Ⓓ action; Ventrue and Malkavians get -1 stealth on that action.

Since we're doing this, I would like to add the following text to the card, for more flavor:

If you also control New Carthage, you can tap this card to allow a Brujah enter combat with another minion controlled by your predator or prey as a Ⓓ action.

Or
If you also control New Carthage, you can tap this card to add 1 blood to a Brujah in your uncontrolled region.
