How does this card address a compelling game need?:
It works similarly to Blithe Acceptance by giving permanent stealth to the minion but this time it is directly related to the number of retainers the vampire has. It is a way to use both disciples to get benefits from each other. Why use this instead of blithe acceptance? Because it can reach bigger stealth depending on the number of retainers for the same price. It can be powerful in star decks with lots of retainers but, like the other card, it has the same penalty where you need to burn proportional blood to keep it if you are blocked.

This concept is also a way to promote the use of reaction cards that reduce the acting minion's stealth to 0 (night terrors) as they are currently underused. Testing would have to confirm if this card is not too strong.
