@Elotar: Which is already something the deck is trying to do to oust. The others are ways of avoiding being ousted (Giant's Blood, Concert Tour, etc, etc, etc). They provide blood/pool in a defensive fashion only.

Dmitra gives 4 blood at most from her action. So it seems fair that VC should give between 3 and 5.

Concert Tour is Clan-Only for a generally fairly weak clan which has its largest capacity vampire around 7cap. So, for 1 blood action you MIGHT gain 7 blood (but probably not the full 7 blood).


Again, it comes back to the fact that VC hinges off a commonly available OUSTING mechanism. Most of the non-VC ways to refill a vampire are not directly connected to ousting, but more Defensive. Most of the others do NOT provide pool, with the exception of Edge of the World which has the most restrictions of all of them. The only way to 'cancel' a VC is via DI, but there are other ways to deal with MT on its own.
