Lonkka just inspired me to write this:
I'm going to do a demo tonight, let me know if you think it needs revision (and what). It is longer than I wanted, but hopefully written in language that is easy to follow and refer to.

Lonkka's script is very close to what I use when teaching the game. Then again I couldn't keep the Salt Lake City group alive so take that recommendation with a grain of salt...

A solid short (even if the font used is big) condensation of the rules -well done!
Some minor quibbles:
"The player on your right is your predator- they want you dead."
replaced by (undelined is not that important though):
"The player on your right is your predator- he wants you dead as you are his prey."
You mention several cards by name, so I assume that the noobs being demoed willbe shown those cards/have them in their deck?

Yes, I included Deflection and Conditioning in two of the five demo decks (Malk 94 and Trem bruise/bleed). Wake with Evening's Freshness also appears in several of the decks, so I might go back and mention it as well.
I find that the games I like best have very short rules books (more like two double-sided pages) and have self-explanatory cards (i.e. Guillotine, Ticket to Ride). Anything I can do to break down VTES into this is a success in my book

Brandon,
Do you want to remove the personal contact information (phone number) before I re-host your PDF?
I'll link to it from this page:

after you reply.
