I haven't been on the newsgroup since scott left. I'm subscribed by emails to this forum so i read those emails more than actually visit this site, and I also visit BGG once a week or so.
There's also a local mailing list but that's pretty much just to organise games.

the German Vtes site. There we coordinate tournaments and our playgroups in Germany. And discuss strtegies and decks.
I also visit sometimes the french sites sabbatinfrance.org and veknfrance.com , because you can trade there very well and get some ideas for decks from some very incredible players.
