Hello all,
I'm interested in starting to play VTES online but am not sure where to begin. It appears that there are 3 ways to play online according to the forum. Are any of them more often used among the online community? any concensus on which is better overall?
Thanks

I prefer Lackey as it's quite easy to get a game, is cross platform (mac / win / linux) and most importantly for me is in real time. The interface is a little dated, but it does the job in terms of dragging + tapping cards etc... Lackey is up to date in terms of card sets + images. www.lackeyccg.com/vtes/
There's been a few comparisons done:

I'm not sure if OCTGN has the new set yet? Most people appear to prefer the interface of OCTGN but I believe it's lacking in terms of finding games. I've been unable to test it as they don't offer a working Mac version — maybe someone else can chime in here.
JOL is your only option if you want non-real time play. I wasn't too keen on it as it felt like I had a 2nd / 3rd girlfriend that I needed to tend to.

Sounds good, thanks. I'll start out by trying Lackey then. I'd imagine JOL game must take ages to finish sometimes?

Funny, I would have expected the opposite. No reason I couldn't give both a whirl. Cheers
