Mistakes in TWD

Is there a way to correct "obvious" mistakes in the TWDA ?

The example I have is the 10 copies of Under the skin in the samedi deck winning the NAC 2014 FCQ.

Under the Skin

[Action Modifier] Action Modifier

[Auspex] Auspex & [Presence] Presence


Only usable during a referendum before votes and ballots are cast.
[aus]

 Choose a younger vampire. That vampire abstains.

[AUS] 
 As above, and tap that vampire at the end of the action if the referendum passes.

I was not there but I think the deck listed will not win any GW much less a major tournament ^^
