Which are the official sects?

Just wondering what officially are the vampire sects? (Camarilla, Sabbat, Laibon?)
This is in regards with the Vlad Tepes card.

also Independent and Anarch

Thats what i thought at first but i read something different regarding anarchs

So base on the rulebook officially only Camarilla, Sabbat, Laibon, and Independent are sects? Would like to get an official decision by james or Pascal regarding that.

But this still allows Vlad Tepes to use baron cards even though he cant use anarch cards right? unless of course he turns anarch?

Anarch is not a sect, just a trait.
