Copyright issues with VtES and an online playable variant

Okay, fairy simple issue. currently thinking of rebuilding JOL. Part of the concept is to have the card images hosted so as to have visual effects of the cards played. However part of the T&C of the Hosting company is that copyright permission for such use would need to be given.

Who has the ability to say "Yes you may use these images in a public website without threat of legal repercussion" at the moment?

The copyright holders.
Artwise my guess is CCP.
Probably WotC via some manner of legal shenanigans as well.

VEKN doesn.t have anything to do with the copyrights for the cards done by WotC/WW.

Depending on what kind of deals VEKN made with the artists of the new PDF cards (and most likely CCP & WotC as well) their copyright might be under our jurisdiction...
