Yeah, seems decent. It covers the distinction between a "clan deck" and a "star player deck". It also accounts for Anarch decks that use Anarch Converts such that they're not considered Caitiff decks (unless other Caitiff are used). Tupdog decks wouldn't be considered Gargoyle decks in this scheme.
A question to consider is how people use the TWDA-by-clan. Are they mainly looking for "clan decks" or are they looking for "something I can do with this clan"? If it's the former, then the ICL-brettscho approach would be preferable. If it's the latter, Lasombra Jeff's approach would be preferable.

Oh, and the definition I used (shamelessly stolen from ICL) is that the crypt must be comprised of >50% one clan, and it must have at least 2 crypt cards from that clan. It's not a perfect definition, but seems to work pretty well.

For the league of Paris, we have the following rule:
- if a clan has more copies that any other clan, it's considered to be of that clan
- if there's a tie, we consider the clan of the "star" vampire, that is a vampire who has more copies than any other
- if there's again a tie, we consider the clan of the vampire with the highest capacity
- if there's still a tie, well, it's random.
So:
- a Tupdog deck would be considered to be a Gargoyle deck (after, you'll play mainly with them).
- a deck wih plenty of Anarch Converts could erroneously be considered to be Caitiff (Caitiff is a clan for that matter).
- a turbo baron deck would be considered to be Giovanni (assuming you play more Giovannis than any other clan)
That's the limits. Otherwise, this system works fine too.
