Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean
until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex
, Obfuscate
, or Potence
for the current action.

Some of my favorites, including but not limited to:
Nails (Really like this art, because the emotion she expresses is so subtle. Is she snarling / screaming? Is she pissed off or determined? It almost looks like she's got a slight sneer / smile...)
Abiku (I like black girls with afros, I wish more of them wore their hear like that.)
Aurora Van Brande, Paladin (I like the colors, and the stylized look, and the blood tells a story.)
Zebulon (Could've just been a straightforward mug-shot, but him throwing his head back laughing is perfect!)
Gem Ghastly (Very clean, well rendered, but still slightly stylized - not too realistic. A+ from me.)
Mirtu, the Hunter (I'm a fan of Steve Prescott's work 90% of the time. Polished, tells a story, stylized but not overly so.)
Ignatius (Say what you will about Harold Arthur McNeill, his art, while kind of repetitious, is at least striking and instantly recognizable.)
Howler (Not a huge fan of most of Mr. Snelly's peices, but Howler is gorgeous.)
Gisela Harden, the Winnower (Like Mr. Snelly, Mr. Shy's art usually doesn't appeal to me, as I find it blurry looking, but Gisela is the exception.)
Marcus Vitel (I like the sense of motion and how it looks painterly - you can see the strokes - even though it's probably digital. Also, love the details like the veins in his hands.)
Szechenyi Jolan, Mother of Horrors (I'm usually a big fan of Rebecca Guay's art, but most of her VTES art doesn't do it for me. Except Mrs. Jolan here, I like this one.)
Victor, the Night General (Those eyes!)
Aisling Sturbridge (John Van Fleet is another artist whose work is just 'OK' or it's amazing, for me. With Aisling Sturbridge, his style is so appropriate, great angle, lighting, and color!)
Astrid Thomas (Now, most Ken Meyer Junior's art leaves me underwhelmed. However, Astrid Thomas makes up for that. A beautiful piece of artwork, I love the strong contrast between the deep blue and the white.)
So what is some of the best artwork in VTES in your opinion? There are others I didn't list, but then, the list would be pretty long.
What would be the one vampire you would love to see get a new art piece? For me, that would be Basilia.

Backways - by Mike Chaney (Keepers of tradition version)
Some people dislike "cartoony" art style, but I just like this, its usage of color to emphasize the vampire compared to the background, while still retaining dark atmosphere reminding its night time. And the vampire in the picture reminds me of someone who steps out of the backdoor, into the wild, to do gangrel stuff. All in all perfectly encapsulating the card's idea. Overall, a "cartoony" art style, with its clear lines can stuff a lot of content into the small space of a card, without it looking messy at all.
Reins of power - by Christopher Shy
Morphing together two pictures to represent both the reflection in the window and the figure standing behind the window is not an easy thing to do. This does it pretty well (compare to wider view). And the posture and facial expression of the vampire is perfect, oozing confidence; making you think that this guy will deal with all the problems at hand at his leisure. Christopher Shy's portraits leave much to be desired, but Reins is actually good. I was shocked to see its the same artist that made Moncada..
Ancient influence - by Pete Venters
This card represents an idea, rather than something actually happening, and it manages it very well. Not many card art can depict the oppressing influence of the ancient vampires so well.
Ventrue headquarters - by Dan Smith
This is about as classic VtM art as they come in my opinion, and thats why I like it. Where do you think the vampires hang around? How about that pitch-black monolithic skyscraper smack dab in middle of the city?
VtM:B had a "Venture tower", I wish this art had had room for that text...
Gwendolyn Fleming - by Efrem Palacios.
Is there any art that depicts a snooty toreador better than this? Art is also featured in the cover of the toreador starter box, justifiably.
