Cardlist oddities

Checking the cardlist after the last update with the promo barons, I noticed the following oddities:

a) Fanfare for Elysium says "put in in play" (this also made it onto the printed cards)

b) There is no "included in the V:EKN banned list" note for the most recent set of banned cards (Temptation of Greater Power, Seeds of Corruption, Anthelios), unlike the other banned cards.

c) The cards from the Black Chantry Promo pack aren't marked in the card list, and the card text updates printed on those cards (Menele change to "1 fewer blood", "Black Hand" text moved to the end for Yazid, etc) aren't included.

d) Likewise, the Anthology reprint set isn't marked, and the text changes from that set aren't included in the cardlist either (use of Anarch, "Black Hand" moved to end of text, etc).

Also noting that Dabbler still has the "after perfoming an action" text, which was stated to be an error in www.vekn.net/forum/rules-questions/77419-unannounced-errata-to-dabbler#93648
