Hi All,
I just received my order from drivethrucards.com and some cards were not cut evenly. Basically a top black strip on some cards is much thicker than bottom and additionally some cards have thin (~0.5-1mm) white/color strip on the top of the card. Should I bother and ask for replacement or they are tournament legal any way?

They are legal for play, but of course you should ask them for replacements. No such sloppiness should be tolerated, ever.

We had a similar issue with a German order once, and asking for replacements was no problem.
