Not sure if this is the best place to ask .. but here I am.

I cannot claim my VEKN ID in the Online Archon. Also when trying to look at upcoming tournaments (not even register, just looking), the tool claims I need to "Sign in to view full tournament information". But I am signed in according to the Profile page.

Short history:
- Created an Online Archon account during the EC 2026. I am not sure, if I claimed the VEKN at that time.
- This week I wanted to access the Online Archon to register for a tournament, but the Online Archon claimed that I don't have an account, and that email address that used in September was unknown.
- So I created a new account in the Online Archon, using the same email address as before.

Now I am in the situation as described above and clearly need some help from an Online Archon administrator.

- vekn id used: 1003376

It looks like you created your account using the Discord login (squeaky_clean0929), could you try to connect this way?

Also, as far I as can see, your email, name, and VEKN id are linked in the Archon app.

*sigh* due to my meddling with the cookies my answer I have written got lost, and so again ..

No, the login with "squeaky_clean0929" is not working. And trying to reset the password for that account only works with the same email address (as above mentioned), I have used for both Discord and Online Archon.

For my perspective it would be best to remove/delete the squeaky_clean0929 account altogether. Maybe even both the accounts that relate to my email address mentioned above. So that I can start fresh ..

Two things regarding the online archon:
- there's no logout button in the Online Archon directly. I think it would be a good thing to have one on, let's say, Profile page.
- there's no link to the Online Archon in the VTES discord channel. At least I couldn't find on on the sub-pages of the Server Guide (e.g. Online Tools or Links) where I would expect them to be.

Two things regarding the online archon:
- there's no logout button in the Online Archon directly. I think it would be a good thing to have one on, let's say, Profile page.

There is a "sign out" button in Profile > Account (it's a bit hidden)

Ok, found the logout button .. and if I use that and *then* on the next web page, use the "Continue with Discord" button, I can login *and* now it seems I am "fully" logged in.

Still somewhat strange that the pure email-address + password login does not grant you full access if you created the account via Discord.

But thanks for looking into the issue and eventually helping resolving it.
