Can't get the FELD to LAckey converter to work

Every time I try to get this to work, I get the following error:

Component 'MSRTEDIT.DLL' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Please advise.
I'm on Win7.
I've decompressed the Lackey2 FELD contents to the Lackey CCG folder.

This error occours because your system is missing some runtime files.

You can try the attached fix. Just unpack this zip inside of FELD2LACKEY folder and run the fix file as administrator.
