Of the sets left what are the most valuable or quality sets left? For instance KOT boosters and HttB starters were obviously awesome and great value for the money spent. So of what is left, what would be the best value/quality?

If you are talking about boosters, these are the sets still available from the website:

Black Hand
KMW
Gehenna
NoR
3rd Edition
Sword of Caine
LotN
Ebony Kingdom

I'm pretty confident most players would rule out NoR, EK and SoC from the get-go because of small set size and specialized cards.

This leaves:

BH
Gehenna
3rd Edition
LotN

I personally did no not like LotN for the utility, but it does have Preternatural Strength, Target Vitals and Narrow Minds, along with some other cards people might want. 3rd is a base set, so it has a lot of reprints. It also has some never re-printed cards, or at least ones you won't get in another set on the list (i.e. Heart of Cheating was in 3rd and KoT, good luck finding KoT). Gehenna has a lot of events and crusade cards eating up the rare slots, but I'm a fan of a lot of the vampires from the set. Black Hand I'm not too familiar with, but I've never heard people rave about it.

Are you looking for value as in cash value or playability value? If the former, LotN is best. If the latter, go with 3rd edition. That's my opinion, anyway.

That is very helpful! I was thinking along the same lines.... the only thing I saw in Black Hand was some decent vamps, but most, if not all, I already have and if not a quick trip to ebay and a couple dollars has me set there. So I think 3rd and LoTN probably seem to be the best idea. ......

Oh, you did not really mention KMW by the way, but it seems less advantageous and too sporadic in my experience.
