I hope to find some help here, I have heard that the game was going to be discontinued, so I may be too late already...

Its never too late!
I'd recommend that you get Third Edition and stick with it, as it will be plentiful for a while.

I would just point you towards the Other V:TES Websites link (<---- over that way)...

Or just hit up the Lasombra for some boxes of 3rd Edition.
