What do we have to do to make promo cards exist of the, errr, promo cards previously released as PDF? Are we likely to see the 2 previously unreleased KoT vamps as promo cards?

I would be fine increasing tournament fees at convention (or having them exist at all for other venues) to make this happen, and I'm sure someone somewhere feels the same.

The previously unreleased KoT vamps are in the KoT bundles already.

the two unreleased KOT vampires are printed in the KoT Bundles.
I have to admit I bought one juste to get my hands on Gwendolyn Fleming, the toreador.
