New vampire: Percival, Archbishop of Guadalajara

@Klaital: yep, mostly. But we don't know rest of the cast. The 8 cap cardinal is solid with just carrion crows he deal 6 taking 2 damage himself and can block unlike ALM. There is also Carolina (who is decent in one copy) and Anton (who is quite good. Sure, the press Cardinal isn't Gratiano, but maybe that last titled Lasombra is worth it?

Who plays carrion crows? Neither Delmare nor Percival have animalism..

OT: Something I hadn't realized earlier, Percival has superior potence and superior fortitude. This is a good combo for a 8 cap, particularly with votes, in a POT+FOR combat deck, instead of bleeder/voter.

I think you missed "OBT POT Carrion crows" which have name Dark Steel. Which plays nicely with titled vampires who can block and play it for ssc (Dark Steel + Mighty/Immortal Grapple or Arms of the Abyss).
