If it's not your turn, you have to sing the Hooga Chaga part of Hooked on a Feeling (indefinitely repeating it if not discussed something to do with cards being played or reacting) or lose a pool. This continues until it comes back to the next untap phase of whoever played it, or everyone had lost a pool?
It was banned for a reason, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be Funny AF to bring it back.

Indeed. Yet the card would need a new artwork, which decreases chances that this could happen too soon.

Well, one idea could be (even though it iwould be somehow linked to language):
"All players in the game must speak in »Whale«."
