The Newsletter on 15th ist absolutely fine imo.
However, it might be helpful to change "Events next month" simply to "upcoming events" and include perhaps everything in three, maybe two month's time. Even notice a month prior can be late, as most of us have work and social life commitments.

Oh I wasn't complaining about the newsletters being late, I was just stating publication dates to confirm that it is indeed the July newsletter.
I think it could be good to put "upcoming events" or just simply "tournaments in July"
