Haha you cleverly left out the context "if you compare it to the one of obama and the dominating 2 parties". Without the context I understand you disagree. Also he has no left agenda if you compare it to most of european mainsteam parties in europe.
If you compare him to political parties in the Netherlands for example, Sanders is actually a little to the right side of the political spectrum.
About my political preferences...
An american republical would call me a communist.
An american democrat would call me a socialist.
A Dutch socialist would call me a a democrat.
A Chinese communist would call me a capatulist.
As you see I whatever I prefer I am always wrong to someone alse.

"Suffering to the world" i don't know, what means, but "our guy" is literally giving orders to kill innocent people, including newborn childrens, by thousands.

They got no chance to beat that.
