Bima + Agent of power

When i play Bima and move and agent of power to it, does this wording means it is in play? And therefor contest?

It's unique and will contest any other Agent of Powers that are in play. (Meaning you can't voluntarily self-contest.)

Also as stated in that post, the Agent of Power (by its own card text) burns at the end of the turn.

However, the point that Bima retains use of the discipline (not quoted above) is wrong, and is reversed a little later:
