when a minoin in combat with mental patient plays combat ends is the mental patient burned at the end of the combat.. thank you

Escaped Mental Patient can enter combat with any minion controlled by another Methuselah as a action. The Patient can strike: hand strike at +1 damage, aggravated. Burn him at the end of combat if he does so.

The combat ends before the Mental Patient can "execute" his intended strike, so no, he doesn't burn.
