Slake the Thirst

[san] [COMBAT] Only usable when this vampire gains blood. Choose another ready Blood Brother of the same circle. That vampire gains the same amount of blood from the bank.
[SAN] [ACTION MODIFIER] As above, but usable as an action modifier.

If I steal blood via Theft of Vitae, diablerie, or another effect, can I use Slake the Thirst to make another vampire gain blood ?

If Slake the Thirst work on diablerie, can I use Amaranth and inferior Slak the thirst to make another vampire gain blood ?

Unwholesome Bond

+1 stealth action.
[san] This vampire gains X+1 blood, where X is the number of ready, untapped Blood Brothers of the same circle as the acting vampire.
[SAN] Add 1 blood from the blood bank to each Blood Brother in your uncontrolled region of the same circle as the acting vampire.

Let's suppose I have 10 untapped blood brother in play. A cap 2 blood brother with 1 blood on it use Unwholesome to gain 11 boood, 10 being returned to the blood bank since it exceed its capacity. If I use Slake the thirst and target a empty 4-cap blood brother, does the 4-cap gain 1 or 4 blood ?

Theft of Vitae: Yes. (you can even play several Slake the Thirst during combat - [LSJ 20100206] )
Diablerie: yes, but only in combat or when acting (i.e. not when you diablerize on a leave torpor attempt)
Another effect: Only if it has your acting / in combat vampire gain blood. (i.e.: Not usable with Giant's Blood, Heidelberg Castle, [aus] Final Loosening, ..)

If Slake the Thirst work on diablerie, can I use Amaranth and inferior Slak the thirst to make another vampire gain blood ?

Sure.

Neither. The 4-cap gains 11 blood. [LSJ 20100206]

Diablerie: yes, but only in combat or when acting

Is there a window to play combat cards after opposing minion no longer exist? Isn't combat instantly over after amaranth?

I remember an old ruling that stated that if an acting minion was burned in combat the action ended immediately and because of that you can no longer play reaction cards such as Cat's Guidance since there is no more action to react to.

Not exactly the same scenario but the line of reasoning is similar. No acting minion -> no action. No opposing minion -> no combat.

Combat ends, but you can play other cards in that gap, just like other "combat ends" gaps. For example, Taste of Vitae. [LSJ 20031202]

The round has to end when combat ends.

LSJ, responding to Pascal: [LSJ 20090922]

Yes.

Correct.
For a more detailed list of how things happen in the diablerie, check this: [LSJ 20090201] which explains in which order cards / effects can be played.
(for instance, Taste of Vitae gets played after the blood hunt referendum - if any - , but Slake the Thirst / Ritual of a Bitter Rose / Draught the Soul are played before the referendum - if any)
