file Chain of Command + end of action modifiers

I know that you can play Chain of Command and Daring the Dawn to burn a vampire with zero blood, but this seems curious: Chain of Command would move the vampire to the bottom of the crypt "when" the bleed is successful, and Daring the Dawn is played "after" the action resolves. Does this mean that Chain of Command and Daring the Dawn are played during the same window, i.e. after the action resolves? And if I were to play another card in the same window with a vampire that had one blood, like Transfusion, could I order all three effects as I liked (i.e. Transfusion to pay one blood and then Daring the Dawn to burn, thereby avoiding the CoC text)?

Chain of Command [Gehenna:C, KoT:C]
Cardtype: Action
Cost: X blood
Discipline: Dominate
+1 stealth action.
[dom] Put X younger vampires from your uncontrolled region in play with 1 blood from the blood bank each (and with any blood they already have). You cannot choose any unique vampires already in play. Those vampires must bleed. When one of them bleeds successfully, or when all that can bleed have, move them all to the bottom of your crypt.
[DOM] As above, but move X+1 younger vampires.

Daring the Dawn [Sabbat:R, SW:R/PV, FN:PR, LoB:PI, Third:R]
Cardtype: Action Modifier
Discipline: Fortitude
[for] Vampires cannot block this action. The acting vampire takes 2 unpreventable aggravated damage after the action resolves.
[FOR] As above, but the acting vampire takes 1 unpreventable aggravated damage.

Transfusion [LoB:C]
Cardtype: Action Modifier
Cost: 1 blood
Discipline: Thanatosis/Necromancy
[nec] Only usable after a successful action. Add 1 blood to a ready vampire.
[thn] As [nec] above, but add 1 life to a ghoul or 1 blood to a ready vampire.
[THN] Only usable after combat if this vampire is still ready and successfully inflicted any damage on the opposing minion . Put a transfusion counter on the opposing minion. If the minion now has 3 of your transfusion counters, burn them all to take control of that minion. Only one Transfusion may be played at superior each turn.

CoC doesn't take effect until after the action is concluded.
DtD's window is at the end of the action. CoC is right after that.
