Choose a clan and put this card on the acting vampire. This vampire is considered to be of the chosen clan instead of his or her original clan (if any). This vampire can burn this card as an action.

Does it affect ones sect? Would Tremere Antitribu, a memeber of Sabbat become member of Camarilla once it's clan is changed to Tremere?

Yes it changes to the default sect of the new clan.

Anything that changes your clan also changes your sect. It's part of the basic rules.

Each vampire's sect is given in its card text, and that may override the default sect of that vampire's clan (see the lists in the following sections). If a vampire changes clans (by means of a Clan Impersonation card, for example) to a clan that belongs to a different sect, he changes sects as well.

However, note that you must actually change clan. For example, imagine you have Lucita (Basic) who is Independent Lasombra. She plays Clan Impersonation to Lasombra. She hasn't changed clan, so she stays Independent.

However, consider Theo Bell Advanced, who is an Independent Brujah. He plays Clan Impersonation: Tzimisce, and becomes a Sabbat Tzimisce (because he changed clan). He now burns the Clan Impersonation. He's just changed clan to Brujah. So what sect is he? Camarilla, by section 10, above.
