Lutz, self oust and his effect

Situation:
I am on 3 pool, my prey is on 2
Lutz calls KRC, putting 3 on myself, 1 on my prey
Does the effect created by lutz still oust my prey after I am ousted?

If Lutz' effect is triggered (== if a referendum passes), then the effect will be applied, whether Lutz is there or not, but after resolution of the referendum.

In your example, the first thing that happens is that the referendum passes. Then, you are ousted, and your prey is down to 1 pool. Then, your prey is ousted.
