Will there be any changes to the V:EKN tournament rules for 2011?
If so, when will they take effect? I plan to play in a tournament in two days.
I just want to make sure my 45 Pentex/45 Parity Shift deck is still legal:side:

No changes to the 2011 tournament rules.

The tournament qualification system--separate from the tournament rules--has changed. You can see the details here:
