I take control of my prey's Arika With an out of turn Spirit Marionette. During my Master phase I play Malkavian Time Auction. Does control of Arika change permanently?

Both justicar and inner circle are clan specific titles so yes she loses her title (although she regains it if she becomes brujah again without having gotten any other titles between those two events and no other vampire claiming said title in the mean time)
