If I have a malkavian madness network in play, a malkavian in my ready region and a surefire way to ensure that my malkavian always gets untapped (say for instance that I have an infinite amount of freak drive's and blood to pay for them).
Can I bleed my prey in every methuselahs turn? Or would that violate the no repeat action rule? So, is the no repeat action rule "no repeat action per methuselahs turn" or "no repeat action per round around the table"?
Reading the rulebook I'd interpret it as if I could bleed my prey once every methuselahs turn, but this feels -very- powerful - almost a bit too powerful?

You interpreted it correctly. It might feel powerful, but that's why there's a burn clause in the Madness Network.
